The HOME SAMPLING service represents a mobile sample collection point where the sample collection of biological material (venous blood sampling) for your purchased out-of-pocket laboratory test is performed at an address of your choice and at a time selected by you. A healthcare professional will perform sampling directly in your home or at a suitable location of your choice.

For sampling, we recommend choosing a quiet and spacious premises (for example at the dining table, in the armchair in the living room or in the meeting room). Before sampling, be sure to remain adequately hydrated (drink clean water). The process of blood sampling itself takes place while you are sitting or lying down according to your own preference. Most often, blood sampling is performed from the elbow pit. We recommend that you do not perform any intense physical activity for at least 5 hours after blood sampling.

To ensure smooth performance of the service, it is necessary to follow all the instructions before the sample collection provided with the selected laboratory test bundle. If you choose a test package that involves also other specimen (e.g. urine/stool) as part of the sampling process, hand over the sample to the vehicle crew in the specified test tube and in volume as defined in the instructions. You can buy urine/stool collection tubes in any pharmacy or we will provide it to you free of charge in one of our physical sampling centers.

The HOME SAMPLING service is linked to the particular client at whose home the collection will be performed. If you are interested in the collection of samples of other persons to be performed at the same address, it is possible to purchase these test bundles at the time of sampling.
